Electrical Inspection and Appliance Testing is a requirement for all commercial businesses, such as those using electrical equipment in offices, shops, factories and warehouses etc. It also makes a lot of sense – especially if you value the livelihood of your employees and business. That’s because faulty equipment could lead to an employee being electrocuted or worse. It could also result in a fire breaking out and your premises being damaged.
The type of legislation the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) wants businesses to comply with can be found under the Executive’s Electricity at Work Regulations
